Job summary

System C in Ireland seeks an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help healthcare customers realise measurable benefits from our software. You will lead end-to-end implementations, configure workflows, and ensure successful go-lives.

You will work with NHS stakeholders, run demos and workshops, perform gap analyses, support testing and data migration, and provide training and early-life support while upholding best practice and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in system implementation or professional services.
• Experience with NHS or healthcare operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of System C solutions and integrated third-party software.
• Run product demonstrations and configuration workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits.

• Promote best practice while respecting client confidentiality.
• Support user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support.
• Contribute to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating issues.
• Support data migration activities and resolve configuration-related challenges.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, including managing and escalating issues appropriately.
• Attend project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent System C professionally.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the implementation of System C solutions and integrated third-party software.
• Running product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits.
• Undertaking gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future operational processes.

• Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders in busy, deadline-driven environments.
• Experience delivering training, testing, and implementation support.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A practical, organised approach and the confidence to take ownership.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is desirable but not essential.
