Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical installation activities on a major Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will supervise HVAC, piping and building services while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to deliver works safely, on time and to spec.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 3+ years in a supervisor/foreman/engineer role, with experience in large-scale projects and EU eligibility.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Foreman, or Mechanical Engineer role.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.

Mechanical Supervisor – Germany

We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installation activities across HVAC, plumbing, pipework, and associated building services.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Support project planning, material management, and construction sequencing activities.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and commissioning teams throughout project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Manage site documentation, inspections, snagging, and QA records.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Foreman, or Mechanical Engineer role.
• Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations and site operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
