Global Professional Consultants is urgently recruiting a Mechanical Package Manager to lead the mechanical packages delivery for a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure milestones are achieved and the project remains compliant with specifications.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 5+ years’ experience on large-scale data centre or industrial projects, with strong HVAC and plumbing

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering mechanical packages on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and plumbing installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and procurement.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of mechanical packages across the data centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet milestones.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, RFIs and procurement schedules.
• Monitor installation progress, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Work with construction, engineering, commissioning and client teams throughout lifecycle.
• Manage package budgets, resources and reporting requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
• Ensure health & safety, quality and contractual requirements are met.

We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Package Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of mechanical packages across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, RFIs, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor installation progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage package budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
• Ensure all health & safety, quality, and contractual requirements are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering mechanical packages on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical building services installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities, and project programmes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
