Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to take ownership of site-based mechanical works on a major mission-critical project across Europe. The role offers a clear path to Site Management and Project Management with a competitive package.

Take on the role of a Mechanical Supervisor with a rapidly growing sub-contractor in the thriving mission-critical construction sector. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the delivery of mechanical installations on a major mission-critical construction project, working alongside a renowned technical construction company known for its innovative approach and strong track record in project delivery. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK/EU, but mobility is essential, as projects are located across Europe. While this is a static role, you will be assigned to a single project for its extended duration, meaning you must be prepared to travel or stay away as required.

Your Role as a Mechanical Supervisor Will Include:

• Supervising the day-to-day installation and delivery of mechanical works on site.
• Managing and coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, programmes, and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Ensuring mechanical installations are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, You Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Site Supervisor, Mechanical Foreman, or similar.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and building services installations.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre, or mission-critical projects.
