Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to take ownership of site-based mechanical works on a major mission-critical project across Europe. The role offers a clear path to Site Management and Project Management with a competitive package.

You will supervise and coordinate mechanical installations, manage subcontractors and ensure safety, schedule and quality on site. Mobility across Europe is essential for this static project allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge across HVAC, pipework, plumbing and building services installations.
• Experience supervising mechanical works on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site operatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day installation and delivery of mechanical works on site.
• Coordinate and manage mechanical subcontractors and site crew.
• Review drawings, specifications, programmes and contractor scopes of work.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, on time and to required quality.
