Job summary

M&P Mechanical is looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Dublin to manage the commercial lifecycle of large-scale mechanical projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on budget, and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the construction industry.
• Exposure to Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or M&E projects.
• Positive attitude with passion to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project cash flow and financial performance.
