Job summary

A Leading European M&E Engineering company in Dublin is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Dublin-based project. The role involves measuring work packages, pricing, and managing project budgets under direction from the Project Director.

You will prepare monthly valuations, reports, and participate in regular commercial meetings, ensuring timely claims and contract compliance. Data Centre experience is advantageous and 6+ years in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a similar M&E Quantity Surveyor role.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for our client, a Leading European M&E Engineering company for a project in Dublin. The company is constructing Projects in nine different European Countries. Due to continued expansion as a result of winning new business they are now seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for measuring work packages from drawings and applying rates to work up package pricing
• Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
• Compile monthly reports in accordance with procedure
• Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings
• Timely submission of claims/notices in accordance with contract provisions
• Document cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and analytically proficient
• Data Centre experience is advantageous
