Glanua is offering a formal Mechanical Engineering internship in Galway, Ireland, supporting design, procurement, installation and commissioning on water and wastewater projects. Final-year students graduating in 2027 who complete the internship may receive an immediate offer for the Glanua Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme starting September 2027.

The two-year Graduate Programme combines live project experience with mentoring, training, rotations, and potential international placements

Formación

• Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related degree.
• Final-year students (2027) eligible for internship with potential graduate offer.
• Interest in mechanical systems for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commitment to health, safety, environment and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Support mechanical design and coordination across water and wastewater projects.
• Assist with design reviews, equipment sizing, layouts, and datasheets.
• Review supplier information and support procurement and testing.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and handover records.
• Support project delivery and site activities including health and safety compliance.
