Job summary

Glanua is offering a two-year Graduate Programme commencing September 2027 to build hands-on experience across its water and wastewater business in Ireland and the UK.

The programme features a 12-month core rotation with two additional six-month rotations, plus potential international placements in Portugal or the UK. Graduates will gain exposure to multiple disciplines while receiving mentoring and structured development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Genuine interest in water/wastewater industry and sustainable infrastructure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, flexible to work across office, site and rotation locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support each rotation and help deliver departmental and project objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the business on live projects.
• Assist with research, analysis, reporting and process improvements.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality policies.
• Take ownership of learning and maintain development records.
