Job summary

Kepak Ballybay is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will ensure targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a positive, engaged team culture.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in meat processing or FMCG, strong leadership, HACCP/GMP knowledge, and proactive problem-solving with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, meat processing or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met safely and to specification.
• Drive food safety, quality, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues and implement solutions.
• Coach and develop production teams to maximise performance and engagement.
• Track KPIs including output, efficiency, waste, downtime and quality.
