Job summary

Vickerstock is seeking a Production Manager for Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan, to lead day-to-day production and support site development.

The role focuses on driving production performance, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining rigorous food safety and health & safety standards. Reporting to senior site management, you will oversee production activities, develop teams, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Supervisor/Management role within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food production processes and operational requirements.
• Demonstrable experience leading and developing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
• Experience managing production KPIs including output, efficiency, waste and yield.

Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a Production Manager on behalf of a growing food manufacturing business based in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan.

Due to continued site expansion, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations and support the continued development of the site.

The Role

Reporting to senior site management, you will have responsibility for overseeing production activities, ensuring the efficient running of operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, health & safety and customer requirements.
