Job summary

Kepak Group in Ballybay, Ireland, seeks a General Operative to help keep daily production running smoothly and meet customer demand for high‑quality pork and beef products. You will work on the factory floor with other operatives, contributing to line setup, checks, and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line and packaging tasks.
• Lift weights of at least 15 kg and stand for 4+ hours.
• Work to the daily production plan and prepare materials.
• Perform pre-start, hygiene and safety checks as directed.
• Report breakages and ensure safe machinery use.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain product quality and assist with investigations.
