Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor meat processing machinery following production procedures.
• Prepare and set up the production line ensuring equipment, materials and meat products are ready for processing.
• Carry out meat processing and preparation activities using appropriate machinery and equipment.
• Handle and prepare meat products throughout the production process.
• Monitor the production process and perform routine quality checks to meet standards.
• Package, label and prepare processed meat products for storage and distribution.
