Job summary

Arthur Mallon Foods in Monaghan is seeking General Operatives to join our Meat Prep team. You will help process meat to a high-quality standard, operate mincing and chopping equipment, and ensure safety and hygiene are met.

You will work with a collaborative production team in our state-of-the-art facility, with development opportunities and a friendly, supportive environment. English communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat preparation is preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to move product up to 25 kg in a chilled facility.
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• De-boxing meat in the Meat Prep area.
• Formulation of recipes.
• Inputting data.
• Operation of mincing and chopping equipment.
• Adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Work with production team to meet goals and maintain product quality.
