Arthur Mallon Foods is seeking General Operatives to join our production team at our state‑of‑the‑art centre of excellence in Monaghan, Ireland. The role involves working in production to deliver high‑quality, safe products that meet legal standards, with an emphasis on teamwork and adherence to procedures.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday day shifts, with weekends possible during peak trading times.

Responsibilities

Work as part of Production Team to produce and present the finished product as per end product specification.
Ensure supply to customers of product that is high quality, safe and compliant with legal standards.
Adhere to company rules and be responsible for individual tasks.
Carry out procedures listed in the company Standard Operating Manual.
Keep the workplace clean and comply with HACCP regulations.
Follow the uniform code and maintain faultless personal hygiene.
Be flexible to transfer to other duties within the business unit as required.

People are at the heart of our team, and we are seeking General Operatives to join our friendly and supportive team in our state-of-the-art centre of excellence.

We are seeking Operatives to carry out duties within Production to supply to customers with a product of high quality which is both safe and meets legal standards.

Hours of Work:

40 Hours per Week
Monday- Friday day shifts (Weekends are expected during peak trading times to meet business needs and flexibility is required to stay until production is finished.)

The Role

To work as part of Production Team, to produce and present the finished product in accordance with our end product specification.
To ensure supply to customers of product of high quality which is both safe and meets legal standards.
Adhere to Company rules and must take responsibility for their individual tasks.

Main area of responsibility:

To carry out procedures as listed in the company “Standard Operating Manual”.
To ensure your work place is clean.
Comply with HACCP regulations.
Ensure you are dressed according to the uniform code
Faultless personal hygiene.
To adhere to all Company rules and policies.
Be flexible in your position be prepared to transfer to other duties within the business unit as and when require.
Your tasks will require manual handling of product, repetitive work, working in chilled conditions and standing for long periods of time.
