Job summary

Irish Casing Company is recruiting Meat Processing Operatives for their site in Spollanstown, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. You will work on a fast-paced production line, processing, preparing and packing meat products in line with hygiene, safety and client targets.

You must have 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of HACCP and food safety, and be able to travel to designated client facilities as required. The role is permanent and full-time with a 39-hour week and a gross annual salary of

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a meat factory, food processing facility or abattoir environment.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, workplace safety and production targets.
• English language required to follow safety instructions and team guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, trimming, cleaning and sorting meat casings and products safely on the production line.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and monitor product quality.
• Pack and label finished goods; assist with stock handling and dispatch preparation.
