• Drive sales by ensuring SOPs and store standards are met daily.
• Merchandise and present department to the highest standard.
• Implement planograms correctly and control stock rotation for freshness.
• Manage waste and shrink, and stay up to date with new products and initiatives.
• Share knowledge to inspire shoppers and engage with new initiatives.
