Job description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Technology Analyst to support digital marketing technology, customer data activation and personalised engagement across a large, multi-market organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of marketing technology solutions across digital customer and professional-facing channels.
• Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, helping to ensure information is transferred accurately between platforms from initial collection through to activation.
• Work closely with CRM, marketing and technology stakeholders to translate commercial requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support the acquisition, integration and use of first-party data to enable more relevant and personalised digital communications.
• Partner with regional and local teams to adapt centrally managed technology platforms to individual market requirements.
• Coordinate regression and functional testing following technical changes to reduce the risk of disruption to digital journeys.
• Produce clear technical documentation, process guidance and training materials to support platform adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple technology initiatives within an Agile environment while maintaining effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Required

• Strong understanding of data modelling, data analysis, system integrations and data activation processes.

• A proactive approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving and identifying opportunities to improve existing technology processes.
• Experience with email marketing technology and customer activation strategies.
• Knowledge of enterprise marketing automation, customer data platforms and cloud-based data technologies.
• Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, customer identity platforms or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with digital experience, personalisation and analytics technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target or Google Analytics 4.
• Experience working with data clean-room technologies or similar privacy-focused data collaboration solutions.

Educational Requirements

• Third-level qualification or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another relevant discipline.
