Job summary

Nourish is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to support campaigns and content creation, engage customers, and manage marketing communications. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two days in the Santry office, one travel day nationwide, and two remote days, with a strong emphasis on supporting local store marketing and online engagement.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to marketing and media strategies to build brand awareness.
• Supporting PR activities, influencer marketing and event management.
• Working collaboratively with each Nourish store to support in-store and local marketing activities.
• Visit stores regularly to create engaging content that showcases our products, customers, teams, and in-store experience.
• Working with the broader Nourish team to provide marketing support for new projects and store openings.
• Support the delivery of the annual marketing plan and marketing calendar.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, email marketing, and website platforms.
• Support the development of marketing content including graphics, copy, videos, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of store POS to stores.
• Assist with promotional events, product launches and new store openings.
• Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Support online sales growth through digital marketing activity and customer engagement initiatives.
• Supporting the delivery of local and national print, radio and online media campaigns.
• Supporting PR activities, influencer marketing and event management.
• Measuring effectiveness of marketing initiatives through monthly reporting.

Job description

Join the Nourish Marketing team to support the delivery of marketing initiatives thatstrengthen our brand and connect with our customers. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to contribute to campaigns,content creation, customer engagement, and marketing communications.

This opportunity offers a hybrid working arrangement working 37.5 hours per week, with two days based in the office (Santry), 1 store travel day (nationwide) and two days working remotely. Access to your own car is preferred for travel purposes. The salary for this role is €32,000 - €35,000 annually, negotiable depending on experience.

About the Role

As part of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, stores, suppliers, and departments across the business to support marketing initiatives that drivesales and strengthen the Nourish brand. Through regular store visits, you will help createengaging content and bring the Nourish story to life across our marketing channels.
