Job summary

Ramboll Group seeks an experienced Maritime Team Leader to develop and grow our maritime engineering capability across Ireland and Northern Ireland, ideally based in Dublin with flexibility for Cork or Belfast. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage client relationships, and drive growth across the island, shaping resilient maritime infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Maritime Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland, ICE, IStructE or equivalent.
• Significant experience delivering maritime infrastructure projects in consultancy, contractor or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a maritime engineering team across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Drive business development by developing client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
• Provide technical direction across ports, harbours, quaysides, breakwaters and marine terminals.
• Establish strong relationships with port operators, developers and public sector bodies.
• Support project financial performance, fee proposals and tender submissions.
