Job summary

Ramboll in Ireland seeks an experienced Project Director to lead major D&B infrastructure programmes, guiding them from inception to completion and ensuring quality, safety and schedule are met. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, commercial performance, and client relationships within Ramboll’s Project & Programme Management group.

The role requires proven delivery of complex projects, a strong leadership and commercial mindset, and the ability to drive standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Significant programme and project delivery experience in senior roles leading complex, major D&B infrastructure programmes.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects from inception to completion, and documenting/applying delivery standards and processes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead integrated design and delivery teams.
• Strong leadership and commercial management skills across project, contract, procurement and financial disciplines.
• Excellent planning, governance and delivery capability; able to set priorities and ensure accountability.
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, multi-disciplinary D&B infrastructure projects to time, cost and quality.
• Define project direction, governance and commercial controls; manage contracts and procurement.
• Oversee programme and financial performance, including forecasting and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and mentor project teams; establish clear roles and responsibilities.
• Drive quality, health & safety and sustainability standards across projects.
