Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S in Ireland seeks an Environmental Assurance Lead to oversee environmental management on major infrastructure programmes. You will lead strategy, planning, and compliance across projects in areas such as metro, rail, aviation and highways.

You will coordinate environmental reporting, engage regulators and stakeholders, drive sustainability initiatives, and ensure delivery aligns with approvals and governance frameworks in a dynamic, hybrid Dublin environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in environmental management on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and environmental management systems.
• Degree in environmental science or engineering and professional body membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental management across large infrastructure projects from inception to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, planning approvals, and consent conditions (EIA, permits, licences).
• Develop and implement environmental strategies, plans and management systems.
