Job summary

Ramboll invites applications for a Senior Managing Consultant to lead and grow the Ireland Impact Assessment team, delivering environmental inputs across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The role combines business development, team leadership, and delivery of EIA and related environmental services with support from Ramboll’s UK & Ireland team and in-house specialists.

• Degree in environmental sciences or environmental engineering.
• Master’s (advantageous) but not essential.
• Strong track record in EIA consultancy and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Impact Assessment team in Ireland and drive business development.
• Develop and deliver EIA and environmental inputs across projects; manage budgets.
• Provide strategic and project-specific environmental advice to clients and specialists.
• Mentor and line-manage team members; ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering specialists across projects.
