Job summary

Arup's Maritime Engineering Teams in Ireland seek motivated students pursuing Civil or Structural Engineering degrees to join a global consultancy on sustainable infrastructure projects. You'll work both collaboratively and independently on international maritime assignments, with site visits, computations and data analysis.

You'll prepare technical reports and presentations, participate in client and consultant meetings, and contribute to projects that solve complex challenges for ports,

Qualifications

• Students working towards a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong digital skills and interest in sustainable infrastructure.
• Detail oriented with good written and oral communication.
• Ability to collaborate with others to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and investigations.
• Undertake computations and data analysis and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Participate in meetings with the client, other consultants and/or contractors.
• Work collaboratively with Arup colleagues around the globe on projects.
