Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production, planning, supply chain and fulfilment.
• Manage scheduling, resources and capacity to meet customer demand.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, develop and manage team performance.
• Manage key customer relationships, including escalations and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate revenue.
