Job summary

Cpl Executive seeks a commercially driven General Manager to lead a dynamic distribution and manufacturing business unit in Dublin North, delivering growth and profitability. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing sales, operations, customer service, logistics and finance to maximise ROI.

Reporting to the MD, you will own P&L, drive new business, develop key accounts and build high-performing teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Experience in commercial leadership or business unit management.
• Strong background in business development and commercial strategy.
• Experience managing P&L, financial performance and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall commercial and operational performance of the business unit.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitable growth and market share.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including financial performance, margin management and working capital.
• Drive sales growth through new business development, key account management and market expansion.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations and support functions.
• Ensure operational excellence across warehousing, manufacturing and logistics functions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, operational efficiency and health and safety.
