Project Leadership: Drive internal manufacturing projects using structured methodologies such as LEAN, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
Digital Transformation: Lead and support digitalisation initiatives, including system implementations and rollouts across manufacturing operations.
Process Development: Introduce robust, scalable manufacturing processes with a strong focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Documentation & Systems Management: Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical drawings, and specifications (including AutoCAD updates).
Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with subcontractors and third‑party manufacturers to ensure quality and consistency.
Degree (Level 7/8) in relevant Engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
Proven track record in a manufacturing environment
