Abbott Kilkenny is seeking a Shift Supervisor to drive production targets and continuous improvement at our Kilkenny site. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, champion lean practices, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across shifts.

You will coach performance, maintain production records, and foster a high‑performance culture aligned with Abbott policies and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Maintain high visibility with production staff and involve them in problem solving.
• Develop a high‑performance team with strong morale and performance.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to support development.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve scheduling issues.
• Ensure product quality through standard work and training.
• Provide training to improve standard work, 5S, and housekeeping.
• Lead continuous improvement and encourage staff to improve processes.
• Maintain records of time and production data.
• Communicate daily with staff about performance and safety.
