Stryker is delighted to share that we are now accepting applications for our Stryker GQO Manufacturing Operations Development Programme – to begin in September 2027.

The 23-month structured programme places participants in a site-based Operations and Manufacturing team in Ireland, exposing you to traditional manufacturing alongside additive manufacturing and robotics within the Joint Replacement Stryker division.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have Level 8 or above mechanical/manufacturing/biomedical/electrical/electronic/software/digital/BIS/PM discipline-based degree.
• Must be available by September 2026 and able to start in September 2027.
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participating in various project teams.
• Work with a manufacturing team to invent and develop new product concepts.
• Implement new manufacturing processes and technology.
• Implement quality systems and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Advanced Operations.
• Provide process validation support internally and with vendors.
• Develop and qualify new test equipment and methods.
• Research, specify and qualify new test or prototyping equipment.
• Participate in trainings to develop your skillset and toolkit.
