• Candidates should be on track to graduate with a Level 8+ Engineering/Software/Digital degree or have completed one.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work across fast-paced cross-functional teams and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational projects across manufacturing and operations.
• Assist in designing and implementing new processes and technologies.
• Support handover of new processes from development to production.
• Contribute to process validation and equipment qualification activities.
• Engage in trainings to develop technical and managerial skills.
