Stryker Ireland is launching the GQO Manufacturing Operations Development Programme, a 23‑month, site-based rotational program starting September 2027. You’ll gain exposure to traditional and additive manufacturing, robotics, and quality systems while developing the toolkit for future manufacturing leadership.

The programme encourages self-starters with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, and offers mentorship, hybrid working, and extensive development opportunities

The **programme** is a 23-month structured programme that provides participants the opportunity to be part of a site based Operations and Manufacturing team, with exposure to cutting edge technology varying from traditional manufacturing processes to additive manufacturing and robotics, across the Joint Replacement Stryker division T in Ireland.
