Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner to optimise maintenance operations across the site and improve equipment reliability. You will own planning and scheduling activities, coordinate resources and materials, and remove barriers before they impact production, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

You will collaborate with EHS, Operations and Engineering to ensure safety, compliance and continuous improvement, while balancing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance planning within manufacturing/industrial settings.
• SAP PM experience including work order management and planning.
• Experience with project planning/tracking tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet).
• Solid knowledge of maintenance practices, preventive maintenance, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance and calibration activities to maximise equipment reliability and uptime.
• Develop detailed maintenance job plans including scope of work, labour, timelines, materials and costs.
• Coordinate resources, contractors and services to support execution of planned work.
• Drive best practices in maintenance planning, scheduling and preventive/predictive programs.
• Manage SAP PM activities: work orders, scheduling, tracking and closure.
• Review maintenance documentation for accuracy and quality.
