You will oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls, documentation, QRM activities and cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time closure and compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Bachelors or higher with 5–8 years in GMP manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience leading or supervising teams and driving compliance with quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Operational Specialist team with resource planning and training compliance.
• Oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, documentation management, investigations and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to achieve KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance and timely delivery of objectives.
