Job summary

Diageo’s Littleconnell Brewery in Co. Kildare seeks an Engineering Maintenance Planner to drive end-to-end maintenance planning and execution across brewery, utilities and water treatment. You will manage SAP-PM and drive reliability, performance and continuous improvement across site operations.

You’ll coordinate maintenance shutdowns, monitor KPIs, optimise spare parts, and collaborate with operations and maintenance teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and reliability-centred maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge of asset performance and maintenance strategy.
• Experience using SAP-PM for planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating labour, materials, and resources.
• Manage SAP maintenance plans, BOMs and functional locations, and keep systems updated.
• Monitor KPIs like reliability and efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
• Control maintenance costs and optimise spare parts inventory levels.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and align operations with maintenance teams.
• Support root cause analysis and risk reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards, including contractor supervision.
