Job summary

A Maintenance Manager is sought to lead a proactive maintenance department in a dynamic manufacturing facility in Co. Monaghan.

You will guide a skilled team, shape engineering strategies and drive equipment reliability and performance to maximise uptime. Leadership experience in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of asset and maintenance systems.
Experience managing budgets and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance department, ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently.
Create and implement asset management and preventative maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
Oversee engineering systems standardisation across production and manage maintenance systems including spare parts.
Control maintenance budgets, monitor expenditure and manage contractor relationships for safety, quality and value.
Develop and support team members through training and performance management while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with standards.
