What you need to know

Ready for your next big leadership move? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take the reins in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

In this role, you'll lead a motivated maintenance team, drive forward-thinking engineering strategies, and play a key part in maximising equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance department, ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently.
• Create and implement asset management and preventative maintenance strategies, including planning and prioritising activities to minimise downtime.
• Oversee engineering systems standardisation across production and manage maintenance systems, including spare parts using Holistech and MYMRO.
• Control maintenance budgets, monitor expenditure and manage contractor relationships for safety, quality and value.
• Develop and support team members through training and performance management, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with engineering KPIs, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental and legislative standards.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Considerable maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of asset and maintenance systems.
• Proven experience managing budgets and teams.
• Sound understanding of site utilities and infrastructure, with excellent leadership and communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
