Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead the Solutions Lab on a 12-hour day shift (7:00am–7:00pm), supporting 24/7 manufacturing. You will build and develop a high-performing team, oversee solution preparation, testing, release and inventory, and ensure on-time delivery for production.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience with prior team leadership in a manufacturing lab, plus familiarity with analytical instruments like pH meters and HPLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-8 years related experience and prior team lead experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing laboratory environment.
• Experience with chemistry-based manufacturing and wet chemistry operations.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Solutions Lab to support production.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; manage shift execution, scheduling, and handovers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and Right First Time execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing demand.
• Present performance metrics and escalations at leadership forums.
