Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in stainless steel manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on engineering with production floor exposure.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardise stainless steel manufacturing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and wastes in production.
• Create work instructions and SOPs.
• Support new product introductions from design to production.
• Review designs for manufacturability and cost.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, Kaizen.
• Use KPIs to drive improvements.
• Assist with equipment selection and commissioning.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and standards.
