Job summary

Harding is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead a on-board cruise retail team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving sales targets. You will manage front-of-house and back-office operations, train staff, and drive client outreach for events and private sales.

The role offers accommodation and meals on board, visa support, and ongoing central-office guidance. Contract position with short breaks between rotations to return home.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency with guests and colleagues.
• Experience leading retail teams, ideally at sea.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with store HR processes and reports.
