Job summary

Staycity Group is hiring a Maintenance Team Member for our Ireland properties. This role involves supporting the Maintenance Manager with planned checks and hands-on repairs to apartments and common areas. You will help sustain safe, well-maintained facilities that guests rely on.

We seek someone with prior maintenance exposure in a hotel-like setting. The position is full-time with weekend work, offering a competitive €32,500 salary and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in maintenance within a property/hotel environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planned maintenance checks.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks.
• Carry out preventive and curative maintenance of premises and equipment.
• Manage stocks, equipment and supplies for the department.
• Ensure safety procedures and alarm systems are maintained.
• Report hazards and support environmental protection measures.

We would love you to have:

• Previous relevant experience and some knowledge of country/property specific maintenance, safety, and health regulations in a similar environment or property/hotel is preferred but not essential

What you can do for us:

• Work with our Maintenance Manager in supporting planned maintenance checks and take a hands-on approach to reactive maintenance.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks as well as ensuring everything is in working order in the apartments and public areas,
• Take part in preventive and curative maintenance of the premises and equipment while promoting and contributing to setting up internal measures for the protection of the environment
• Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department
• Ensure compliance with current safety procedures, and control the condition of the building, technical equipment and all safety and alarm systems in the property
• Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and reduced immediately
