Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure exceptional cleanliness of all communal areas and external grounds.
• Fulfill both planned and reactive maintenance requirements in line with any service level agreements, carrying out first line maintenance.
• Support the City Manager with regulatory and compliance issues, ensuring all routine testing are carried out and records are maintained.
• Ensure implementation of the pre-determined PPM regime and cost-effectively resolve all site level repair issues.
• Ensure regular inspections are conducted and arrangements are in place for security, fire, and safety.
• Provide support and trainings for residence teams and lead the technicians and housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular walk throughs of our spaces to respond to any issues as they arise.
• Health and safety duties as per applicable regulations and company policy.

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team supporting our purpose-built student spaces situated in Dublin. It’s a big job! But you will be part of an awesome team, who will support you to ensure we are consistent in the service we provide to our students.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure exceptional cleanliness of all communal areas and external grounds.

• Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.
