Job summary

Yugo is seeking a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join the residence team in its central Dublin student accommodation. You will be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy, and for deep cleaning vacated rooms and kitchens between tenancies.

You will also uphold health and safety duties as per the Health and Safety at Work Act. The role requires strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and effective communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Able to clean to high standards with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with others in a shared living environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas and rooms to a high standard.
• Deep clean vacated rooms and kitchens between tenancies.
• Follow health and safety procedures as required.

• Yugo Ardcairn House
• €24,544 per annum
• 32 hours per week either Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday
• Central Dublin

We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state-of-the art student accommodation in the heart of Dublin.

You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip top condition for the students that live with us.

Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.
