Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. in Dublin is seeking a friendly and reliable House Keeper to maintain communal areas and rooms in our student accommodation in central Dublin. You will keep spaces clean and tidy, deep clean vacated rooms and kitchens between tenancies, and uphold health and safety responsibilities.

We offer a competitive salary of €24,544 per annum, 32 hours per week with shifts Thu–Sun or Fri–Mon, 5 weeks’ annual leave, YuDay, subsidised health care, cycle to work, and social events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role with focus on cleaning and safety.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas and rooms clean and tidy.

• €24,544 per annum
• 32 hours per week either Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday

We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state-of-the art student accommodation in the heart of Dublin.

You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip top condition for the students that live with us.

Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.
