REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager in the East area of Dublin to oversee M&E systems, safety, and security.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate contractors, and work with Finance on payments to ensure statutory compliance and high building performance. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building/Facilities Management and at least two years of FM experience, plus ability to manage audits, carpark

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management or related.
• Experience in building/facilities management with hands-on supervision.
• Familiar with M&E systems, safety, and security processes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular inspections of M&E systems for compliance and performance.
• Manage service contractors and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Oversee security and carpark operations; approve duty rosters and manpower.
• Coordinate requisitions for M&E and safety equipment; address complaints.
• Lead tendering, evaluation, and administration of maintenance/fire-safety contracts.
• Plan AEI projects and liaise with Finance on vendor payments.
