Qualifications

• Qualified accountant preferred but not essential.
• Experience in Corporate Finance or similar at a market-leading firm is essential.
• Fluent business English is essential; additional European languages are desirable.
• Ability to leverage technology to deliver work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Transaction origination and execution: contribute to M&A mandates and support origination efforts.
• Transaction management: assist with financial modelling, pricing, and transactional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams across the UK, Europe and the US on origination and execution.
• Support valuation analyses including comps, precedent transactions and LBO/IRR analyses.
• Monitor industry developments related to targeted clients and sectors.
