Alvarez & Marsal in Dublin is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate to join our Tax team. You will deliver corporate tax services to multinational and Irish-headquartered clients and work across mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing, and corporate reorganisations.

As part of A&M Tax, you’ll collaborate with senior professionals, support client relationships, and contribute to business development while expanding your technical tax skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Irish corporate tax advisory experience.
• Strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of corporate tax services to multinational and Irish-headquartered organisations across a range of sectors.
• Assist with advisory engagements covering mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing, corporate reorganisations, interactions with the Irish Revenue Commissioners, and other corporate tax matters.
• Work closely with clients and engagement teams, including participating in on-site projects, to help address corporate tax challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Prepare corporation tax computations, tax provisions, and related supporting documentation for review by senior team members.
• Contribute to project execution by tracking deliverables, coordinating information requests, and supporting client communications.
• Assist with business development and marketing activities, including research, proposal preparation, and thought leadership initiatives.
