Mount Juliet Estate is seeking an experienced Accommodation Assistant to join our team at Thomastown, County Kilkenny. You will maintain bedrooms to the highest standards and ensure guest comfort from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as an Accommodation Assistant in a hotel or similar environment.
• Experience in cleaning / sanitising to high standards.
• Ability to engage well with guests and provide friendly service.
• Professional image aligned with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the Estate.
• Prepare hotel bedrooms for check-in and check-out.
• Clean public areas, meeting rooms and office spaces.
• Communicate maintenance requests clearly to the Maintenance Team.
• Assist guests professionally and respond to requests promptly.
