Job summary

Weir & Sons is seeking a Training Lead to design, implement and manage an in-house training program across our luxury retail network. You will design onboarding, deliver brand and product training, and run workshops on policies and procedures to ensure elevated client experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in training design and facilitation, strong presentation skills, and an ability to build internal and external client relationships. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training design and facilitation experience in a luxury retail setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of training frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage a structured in house training program.
• Design and deliver onboarding/induction presentations.
• Support with brand and product training content.
• Deliver internal workshops on guidelines and procedures.
• Measure ROI with reporting on training activity and impact.
• Lead and monitor the Mystery Shopping programme.
• Collaborate with store leaders to align training with business goals.
• Identify talent progression opportunities and create development plans.
