• Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• Previous people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor and achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team with personnel, product and merchandising functions.
• Communicate daily sales goals and KPIs to staff to drive performance.
• Conduct end-of-shift feedback sessions with employees and provide recognition.
• Implement and model best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations and POS.
• Drive sales against budgets, track sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Communicate with Store Manager on competitor activity and store issues.
• Focus on building quality relationships with customers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and act as Manager-on-Duty as needed.
