Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge, part of Relais & Châteaux, seeks a professional Reservations Agent to deliver a five-star guest experience from first contact. You will manage enquiries, upsell packages, and ensure accurate reservations in a luxury environment.

The role requires hospitality experience, exemplary English, and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting guest relationships and liaise with multiple departments for a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years in reservations in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong telephone/email communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Warm, professional, guest-focused approach.
• Good commercial awareness to maximise reservations and revenue.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems and channel managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for guests, advising on options, rates, packages and itineraries.
• Handle telephone, email and online reservation enquiries professionally and warmly.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations while upselling room categories and experiences.
• Create and maintain guest reservations in Hotsoft with accurate preferences and requests.
• Manage rates and availability across channels using D-Edge Channel Manager.
